MEAL EXCHANGE 

Meal Exchanges are offered with our all of our Ursinus meal plans. One traditional meal swipe may be substituted for a pre-determined meal deal at participating retail venues on campus. Details for our Meal Exchange locations and the qualifying meal deal selections are detailed below and highlighted at each participating location. 
When using the GrubHub app for ordering, Meal Exchange combo deals are built into each location under the ‘Meals’ menu. 

FAQ 

If I select a meal exchange at Fresh Fix, is the protein included or is that extra? Yes! Your choice of protein is included. 

Why are some menu items at Zack’s not available for meal exchange? All of the entrée menu items at Firehouse Grille & Cinco are available as meal exchange, with some upgrade options. Given the nature of the cuisine, Pacific Harbor has some menu items that are more labor intensive, and cannot be included in the meal exchange in order to keep up with demand – but they still however offer 9 meals and 14 sushi rolls as part of the meal exchange program to choose from! 

I subscribe to the 19 meal plan. Do I get 10 exchanges and 19 meals in Upper Wismer dining hall? You would get 19 total meals for the week, but with the option and flexibility to use up to 10 of those for meal exchange options at Zack’s, FreshFix, or Café 2020 if you choose. 

How can I maximize my meal plan offerings? Our meal exchange program is specifically designed to help you diversify your campus dining experiences and make sure you can enjoy the variety of meal options across campus using your meal plan. Enjoy fan favorites like an Acai Bowl from FreshFix, a customized Burrito from Cinco, On the Go! Salad from Café 2020, and Sushi Roll from Pacific Harbor in additional the ever-changing menu features in Upper Wismer dining hall. 

How can I view my balance? Thanks to our friends in IT, you can visit the Bear Bucks portal to see your current meal exchange balance.
